PROCESSING & SHIPPING

• Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following business day with a 3 day turn around window to be shipped out.
• Buk orders will require a 5 day turn around window because of the size of the order.
• We ship to anywhere in the United States
• Shipping charges are calculated in real time. Your package destination, delivery method and weight all factor into additional fees.  If a package cannot be delivered to the address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may be charged to customer to reship the package,

RETURNS

• We are confident you will enjoy our hand-processed product.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, please reach out to us so that we can understand the issue and make it right.
• Terms of return: Any problems with orders must be addressed 2 days after product arrives at residence.  Feel free to contact us by phone at (504) 577-2528 or on our websites contact page.
• Acceptable reasons for returns are as follows: if more than 10% has been consumed, if they are damaged or it's the wrong product.
• To return a product, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
